Resource Allocation


Upon receiving your order, we will establish a project leadership team. The project leader will be fully responsible for the entire process from order placement to contract execution, including preliminary decision-making, coordinating major issues that arise during the process, and overseeing overall coordination of bidding and contract execution.

An authorized business manager will participate in the bidding and be responsible for contract signing, fulfillment, and completion, handling all related matters on behalf of our company. The business manager will also be in charge of communication with the tendering unit from start to finish. Before the formal contract is signed, a dedicated contract reviewer from our company will organize a contract review meeting, convening relevant functional departments to confirm compliance with all terms in the contract, including model specifications, quantity, timeline, technical requirements, and service requirements.

The procurement department will ensure an adequate supply of raw materials for the manufacturing department. The quality inspection department will be responsible for process inspections during production and final inspections of finished products. All work outcomes must meet the delivery schedule and technical and quality requirements as stipulated in the contract.

Once products are produced and warehoused, the shipping clerk will arrange shipment procedures based on the contract timeline or the recipient’s supply plan. The logistics department will ensure that products are delivered to the designated location on time and safely.

The business manager will conduct an advance investigation of the construction site environment and loading/unloading conditions to prepare adequately for receiving and delivering goods. Upon arrival at the site, the business manager or after-sales engineer will coordinate with the recipient for delivery and acceptance of the goods. Within one week after shipment, the finance department will issue an invoice and send it to the business manager, who will then deliver it to the recipient for payment settlement.

Supply Plan


Upon receiving the material supply plan provided by your side, the project leader of our unit will fully coordinate the work of the technical, production, and quality inspection departments based on our production capacity and inventory status, and will formulate a detailed supply plan for the project while overseeing its implementation. This ensures the timely supply of anchor materials with guaranteed quality and quantity.

 

1.Production

Under the premise of ensuring product quality, the technical, production, and quality inspection departments will strictly adhere to the supply plan to arrange production. Tasks that can be completed ahead of schedule will be prioritized for early completion, and delays will not be permitted.

 


2.Packaging:

In the absence of special requirements from your side, we will carry out packaging and bundling in accordance with the GB/T14370-2015 standard, ensuring moisture and rust prevention.

Organizational Supply


The company is currently in good production condition, with production capacity not yet saturated, and is fully prepared to allocate greater resources to this project. Supported by the following factors, we are capable of ensuring timely supply for this project:

 

1.Financial Guarantee Support
In terms of financial assurance, operations have never been disrupted due to funding issues, and project progress has never been affected. With a strong financial standing, the company possesses ample financial and material resources relative to annual sales to meet the raw material supply and manufacturing needs of this bidding project.

 

2.Raw Material Reserve Support
For raw materials, the required supplies are primarily sourced from large and medium-sized domestic steel enterprises, such as Daye Special Steel Co., Ltd. These materials are of reliable quality and readily available. The company maintains a raw material reserve of several hundred tons under normal circumstances.

 

3.Production Capacity Support
Our company employs dozens of production workers, and the production line is equipped with a full range of CNC machine tools, computer-controlled heat treatment equipment, precision machining tools, and traditional processing equipment. The maximum monthly production capacity for anchors has reached 400,000 units, providing sufficient capacity to reliably support the production tasks of newly awarded projects.

 

4.Finished Product Reserve Support
The finished product inventory is valued at 30 million yuan, with each common anchor specification stocked in quantities exceeding 2,000 sets, enabling immediate emergency shipments for this bidding project. Additionally, products on the production line are processed and warehoused daily, ensuring the fulfillment of subsequent delivery requirements.

 

5.Management
The project team leader (Vice General Manager of the company) will personally coordinate and organize operations to ensure the on-time delivery of the bid goods. Under the currently stable and effective quality management system, the company will prioritize and provide focused support for this project.

Emergency Measures


If there are any non-routine supply requirements, the construction unit should promptly notify our business manager. We will make every effort to implement emergency measures to provide coordination and support. In urgent situations, our company will take the following measures to ensure the supply of anchor materials for this bidding project:

 

1.The business manager will immediately report the urgent supply request to the Vice General Manager in charge of the market. The Vice General Manager will then issue special task instructions to the procurement, production, logistics, and other relevant departments of the company.

 

2.The production planning department will adjust the overall production schedule to prioritize the production and supply of products required for this project.

3.The production workshop will operate on a 24-hour basis, with workers arranged in three shifts.

 

4.Before finished products are warehoused, transportation vehicles will be scheduled in advance to stand by for immediate dispatch, ensuring safe and rapid delivery to meet urgent on-site demands.

 

5.Based on the construction unit’s emergency material requirements plan, a certain surplus will be reserved during production. A portion of the goods will be stored in the warehouse in advance to prepare for any emergency needs of the project.

Transportation Plan


1. Transportation:
(a) We will fully leverage our geographical advantages and utilize automobile transportation to deliver the goods to the construction site, ensuring that the materials are transported to the designated receiving location of the construction unit in good condition.
(b) We will bear all the responsibility for any damage accidents that occur during transportation.


2. Delivery:
(a) Before delivery, we will conduct a comprehensive inspection of the quality, quantity, specifications, and other aspects of the anchor devices provided.
 (b) We will provide technical documents such as product quality assurance certificates, raw material certification, and user manuals, along with delivery checklists in several copies, accompanying the goods.
(c) We unconditionally accept the acceptance inspection of the anchoring devices conducted by the construction unit and the buyer's representative to ensure that the anchoring devices we supply meet the requirements of the bidding documents.
(d) You may refuse to accept any anchoring devices that are found to be non-compliant with the requirements of the bidding documents (including those discovered during use). All expenses incurred as a result shall be borne by us.
(e) When requested by the buyer for replacement, we guarantee to unconditionally replace the rejected anchoring devices within the timeframe specified by you.

After-Sales Service


Our after-sales service department boasts a nationwide service network. Our after-sales engineers are familiar with the product performance of our company and possess extensive experience in construction techniques and fault analysis and handling. We offer the following services:


1. Considerate after-sales service
Any service or technical requests from the construction unit will be handled or forwarded by the authorized business manager. This manager will provide attentive end-to-end service to the tendering and purchasing party, including signing tender documents, executing contracts, coordinating material supply plans, arranging delivery and receipt of goods, assisting with acceptance inspections, delivering quality inspection documentation, providing technical support, tracking product quality, and coordinating tasks across various internal departments of the company.

 


2. Construction guidance
We provide guidance on construction techniques for prestressed systems, including threading of cables, tensioning, grouting, and anchor sealing.

 


 3. Guidance on construction equipment maintenance
As a professional manufacturer of equipment, our company can provide guidance on the use and maintenance of equipment to the construction unit and train operators. Proper use and maintenance of tensioning equipment can extend its service life and improve work efficiency. If the construction unit requests after-sales support, we commit to dispatching after-sales personnel to the construction site within 48 hours to assist in resolving issues.
