Recently, the revision of the Technical Specifications for Prestressed Construction of Highway Bridges, led by the Highway Science Research Institute of the Ministry of Transport, has officially commenced. This revision will incorporate advancements in new technologies, materials, and construction techniques within the field of bridge prestressing in recent years, aiming to further improve the standard system and guide the industry toward standardized and high-quality development. However, with the rapid development of industry technologies, certain provisions have become inadequate in meeting engineering demands under new circumstances.
