Liuzhou Guantang Bridge


Guantang Bridge is a river-crossing passage connecting Chengzhong District and Yufeng District in Liuzhou City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China. Spanning the Liujiang River, it serves as a vital component of the urban arterial road network in the northeastern part of Liuzhou City. The groundbreaking ceremony for Guantang Bridge was held on February 2, 2016; the main arch closure was completed on May 20, 2018; and the bridge officially opened to traffic on November 27, 2018. The bridge starts in the west at the Huanjiang Binshui Avenue, crosses the Liujiang River, and extends east to Linjiang Road. The total length of the route is 1,155.5 meters, with the main bridge spanning 462 meters. The bridge deck is designed as a two-way six-lane urban arterial road with a speed limit of 80 kilometers per hour.
